EACWE 2025

First Call for Abstracts and Proposals for Mini-Symposia

Dear colleague,

It is our pleasure to announce that we are now accepting extended abstract (2-4 pages) submissions for presentation in the 9th European-African Conference on Wind Engineering (EACWE2025), that will be held in Trondheim, Norway, 16-19 June 2025.

The confirmed keynote speakers are:

  • Girma Bitsuamlak, University of Western Ontario, Canada
  • Bert Blocken, Heriot-Watt University, UK, KU Leuven, Belgium
  • Jasna B. Jakobsen, University of Stavanger

Abstract submission

Participants who wish to present a paper at the conference are invited to submit a 2-4 page extended abstract before the deadline 15 October 2024 through the EACWE2025 presentation portal.

The conference proceedings will be made available to the registered participants. A selection of the papers will be published as a special issue in Journal of Wind Engineering and Industrial Aerodynamics (Elsevier).

 

Mini-symposia

Participants who wish to organize a mini-symposium are invited to send their proposals by 15 September 2024 following the instructions here.
